Each item is handcrafted and made to order in our Brooklyn workshop.
Please allow 5–7 business days for production, finishing, inspection, and packaging before shipment.

Orders containing multiple items will ship together once every item is ready. Production may require additional time during Pascha, Christmas, and other high-volume periods.

For namedays, baptisms, weddings, or other time-sensitive occasions, we recommend ordering at least three weeks in advance.
If you need your order by a particular date, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm whether the deadline can be accommodated.

After production is complete, U.S. orders are shipped from Brooklyn, New York. USPS transit usually takes approximately 2–5 business days.
