Processing Time
We process and ship orders via USPS Ground Advantage® Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, within 1-2 business days of payment. Transit times below are approximate and depend on your shipping zone (based on USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 day standard).
- Zones 1-2 (Local/NYC): 2 business days
- Zone 3 (NY State): 3 business days
- Zone 4 (Northeast States): 3 business days
- Zone 6 (Mid US): 4-5 business days
- Zone 8 (West/Far): 5 business days
- Zone 9 (Territories): 5 business days max
Important Notes
Shipping time does not include production time. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. With standard shipping, expect delivery within 8–12 business days, depending on workload, weather, and other factors. Hand-painted icons (αγιογραφία / iconography) may take up to 3 weeks.

- Zones determined by origin ZIP (Brooklyn, NY) to your address—use USPS tools for precision.
USPS – Once an item arrives in the US and gets scanned by USPS, it can be tracked in real time using the USPS Track and Confirm website.
We ship only within the US. Times vary by zone from Brooklyn, NY—check USPS Zone Chart.
* Please note that this is just an estimate delivery time based on the information provided by the courier and our own experience. Actual delivery time varies and depends on many factors like customs regulations, delivery delays due to local or international holidays, etc. If an item does not arrive in the time frames specified, please feel free to contact us via phone or email, we will respond as soon as possible.
Production Time
When ordering, please patiently keep in mind that our icons are hand-crafted and made to order. It may take several business days to actually ship your order. You can expect the following production and processing times for orders:
- Classic Icons usually ship within 5- 8 business days.
- Masterpiece Icons usually ship within 8-12 business days.
- During high-volume seasons (Easter/Pascha, Thanksgiving, Christmas), large orders may be delayed
- Time-sensitive orders, such as custom orders for namedays, should be placed at least 3 weeks in advance.
- Orders are shipped when all items in the order are ready.
Delivery Instructions
We do not have a means to provide your carrier with delivery instructions. If you have special instructions, please use the carrier’s designated system to notify your driver:

U.S. Domestic Service
With Standard Shipping, we will select the best shipping method for your parcel, based on the contents, weight, and shipping destination. Standard Shipping is free on retail orders $100+. We may use any of the following shipping methods, at our sole discretion:

- Ground Advantage (2-5 days)
We DO NOT ship to California.
Please Note
Not all services are available for all destinations. “Days” refer to business days, as defined by the carrier (some include Saturdays and US federal/state holidays, others do not). Transit times are estimates that depend on the destination’s location. Most carriers do not guarantee transit times on most shipments. Weather conditions and other factors may increase actual transit times. Contact USPS for more information.
Incorrect Address Returns
If your parcel was returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it wasn’t collected from your local post office, we’re happy to resend it. However, please note that you’ll need to cover the shipping cost—even if your original order qualified for free shipping.
