Production and Processing Time

Each wooden icon is handcrafted and made to order in our Brooklyn workshop.
Please allow 5–7 business days for us to create, finish, inspect, and package your order before shipment.

Orders containing multiple items will ship together once every item is ready.
Production may require additional time during high-volume periods, including Pascha, Christmas, and major Orthodox feast days.

For namedays, baptisms, weddings, or other time-sensitive occasions, we recommend ordering at least three weeks in advance. If you need an item by a particular date, please contact us before ordering. We will gladly confirm whether we can accommodate your deadline, but requested delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Time

Once production is complete, orders are shipped from Brooklyn, New York.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your shipping label
is created.

United States: Approximately 2–5 business days after shipment
International destinations: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs processing, and the shipping service selected at checkout

Shipping estimates begin after production is complete.
Selecting an expedited shipping service shortens the carrier’s transit time; it does not shorten the 5–7-business-day production period.

Most U.S. orders arrive approximately
7–12 business days after the order is placed.

Production and processing: 5–7 business days
USPS transit: Approximately 2–5 business days

These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Peak-Season Notice

Production and shipping may take longer during Pascha, Christmas, Thanksgiving, and other high-volume periods. Any temporary changes to our regular processing time will be displayed prominently on our website.
