Thank you for shopping at thefaithshopny.com. We use USPS Ground Advantage® for all physical shipments (US domestic only) and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of USPS delivery confirmation for eligible physical items only.

To qualify, your item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.
  • Include original packaging.
  • Have proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse non-compliant returns.

Non-Returnable Items

No returns/refunds unless damaged/incorrect:

  • Digital products/services (final sale).

  • Custom/made-to-order/handmade icons.

  • Clearance/final sale items.

  • Gift cards or used/worn items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact support@cmtgraphics.com within 48 hours of USPS delivery with:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Order number.

  • Issue description.

  • Photos of the item/packaging/label.

We’ll provide a replacement, credit, or refund if verified.

USPS Ground Advantage Shipping Issues

  • Refused/Undeliverable/Incorrect Address: You pay return shipping/restocking fees. Re-ship requires new charges.
  • Lost in Transit: File USPS claim via tracking (we assist with info).
  • Once USPS scans as Delivered, responsibility transfers per tracking.
  • Track at usps.com with the number provided.

How to Return

Email support@cmtgraphics.com with name, order #, items, and reason.
Approved returns get instructions/USPS prepaid label (if our error). Do not ship without approval.

Return Shipping

You pay return shipping unless our error (damaged/wrong item).

  • Use trackable service (e.g., USPS Ground Advantage).
  • Original shipping is non-refundable.

Refunds

Approved after inspection: issued to the original payment within 5-10 business days. Bank processing extra. Shipping is non-refundable unless our fault.

Order Cancellations

Only before USPS label creation/processing. Contact immediately.

Digital Products

Final sale—no refunds once downloaded/delivered (intangible nature). Exceptions for defects within 7 days.
